This Privacy Policy explains how Brilliant Minds Global Pvt Ltd ("we", "Awaazo") collects, uses and protects information when you use callvaani.com and the Awaazo service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: your name, work email, company name and password (stored hashed).
  • Campaign data: the lead phone numbers and details you upload, and your agent configuration.
  • Call data: recordings, transcripts, call metadata, dispositions and costs generated when we place calls for you.
  • Billing data: plan, wallet and payment references. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay) and are never stored by us.
  • Usage data: basic logs and analytics needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the service — building and running your agents, placing calls, generating transcripts and analytics, processing payments, and providing support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sub-processors

We share data only as needed with infrastructure and AI providers that power the service (telephony, speech-to-text, language models, text-to-speech, email and payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and call data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and least-privilege credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data, and export your call data. Email support@awaazo.com and we will act on valid requests.

7. Consent for calls

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the numbers you upload. We process those numbers solely to place calls you instruct.
