Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Awaazo, a product of Brilliant Minds Global Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "Awaazo"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Awaazo provides AI voice-agent software that places outbound phone calls on your behalf, transcribes and analyses them, and sends follow-up messages. You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and for how you use the calls we place for you.

2. Your responsibilities & lawful use

• You must have a valid reason and, where required, consent to call the numbers you upload.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and telecom regulations, including TRAI/DoT rules on commercial calling, DND registries, and DLT requirements.
• You may not use Awaazo for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful or deceptive purpose.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Accounts & free minutes

New accounts receive complimentary trial minutes. Continued use requires an active plan or a funded wallet. We may verify your email and business details before enabling outbound calling.

4. Plans, billing & minutes

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of talk-time minutes. Usage beyond your allowance is billed from your wallet at the stated overage rate. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay).

5. Acceptable content

You retain ownership of your data and campaign content. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.

6. Availability & third parties

The service depends on third-party telephony, AI and infrastructure providers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for outages caused by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaazo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
