Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on callvaani.com from Brilliant Minds Global Pvt Ltd ("Awaazo").

1. Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance and include a fixed allowance of talk-time minutes for the billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid cycle.

2. Wallet top-ups

Wallet top-ups add prepaid talk-time minutes to your account and are consumed as you place calls. Purchased minutes do not expire while your account is active.

3. Refunds

  • Unused subscription: if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have used less than 10% of that cycle's included minutes, you may request a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.
  • Wallet balance: unused wallet minutes purchased within the last 7 days may be refunded on request. Minutes already consumed are non-refundable.
  • Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full once verified.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@awaazo.com from your registered email with your account details and the payment reference. We review requests within 3 business days.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
